These are our non-negotiables. It is what defines us and what we are known for. If we truly believe them, they are in fact behaviors.
 

• Here to Serve: Customers love Chick-fil-A, and Chick-fil-A loves customers. We strive to meet or exceed the customer’s expectations for running our Restaurant by providing delicious food in a clean, friendly and welcoming environment on every single visit.  Our heart is centered around serving others!
   

• Better Together: Working together at Chick-fil-A is at the heart of how we do work and serve others.  We believe when we have a united team we can accomplish much more than individually.  Also stated as "a cord of three strands is not quickly broken."
